Twitter user sacked for Saha abuse

The colleague of an Evertonian who is alleged to have used the latter's Twitter account to hurl racial abuse at Louis Saha has been sacked by his employers.

Callum Gardner managed to his clear his own name through the club after convincing them that the vile tweet had been sent without this knowledge.

The incident happened days ago but the national media have seemingly latched onto the story in the wake of Liverpool's own racism scandal, and it appears as though some closure has been reached between the authorities and Mr Gardner's employers.
