Hello TWers,

My girlfriend and I (London based) were coming up to Liverpool this weekend but something has come up and we cannot.

Long story short, we have a pair of return tickets London - Liverpool; leaving London Euston 6pm Friday, returning early evening Sunday.

Happy to give them away as they will go to waste otherwise. We can't get a refund.

Anyone going up for the match and want them? I can pass the code on for you to pick them up from the station, if you do.

Not for me thanks Richard, but what a fantastic gesture. Good on you.

Richard, nice gesture, but don't you need to put the original card in that you used to buy online before you enter the code? That's how the Virgin ticket machines work whenever I use them.

Matt, pretty sure you can use any credit or debit card. For example, I always pick mine up for work trips when my employer has paid for my tickets.

Anyway, we still have the tickets and time is ticking. If anybody sees this between now and 6pm and wants them, text me (07447025183) to try and speed the process up!

And COYB this weekend!

Richard, with the landslide on the West Coast line, I'm don't think you'll be alone in not being able to get the train from London to Liverpool this evening.

Paul might have a point there, Richard. If no-one grabs them off you. Been a train de-rail today on that line today, so you might just get your money back.

Hah, yes, thanks. Good point guys. Will take a look.
