This Saturday the EFC Heritage Society are not only going Everton Crazy promoting Dr David France's book but also celebrating Alan Ball's 50 years a blue from signing for us in August 1966.

2,000 free Alan Ball 50 Years A Blue badges will be given out at St Luke's Church and the Everton Match Day Hub at the Everton Free School.

In addition:

  • We will have special Alan Ball and Bob Latchford tee-shirts on sale specially designed by Toffeeart.
  • We will have an appearance by Ronny Goodlass who will be signing his copies of the Health Through Sport charity DVD, Alan Ball Remembered for £10. He will also be promoting and selling tickets to the local Blue Heroes night in tribute to Derek Mountfield and John Bailey. Tickets are £60.
  • Brendan Connolly will have personnel memorabilia of Alan Ball's, including international caps on show and to get a photograph with.
  • Thomas Regan of Toffeeart will have his superb collection of Evertonia on sale.
  • The Ruleteros will be present to let you all know the progress of our South American cousins.
  • Teece Thompson will have his book on sale
  • Everton Former Players' Foundation will be selling their superb Memories of Goodison CD.
  • EitC will be raffling a match ball and will have plenty of goodies for the fans and the little ones.
  • Everton Supporters Trust will be on board letting the fans know their latest plans and superb projects such as the "20's Plenty" and Food For Fans campaign.
  • Kitaid collection is on going with all sports kits, boots, trainers, balls etc welcome for the unfortunate across the world.
  • Kenny O'Connell and Bobby Parry will be promoting the superb Ball of Fire play and selling tickets. They will also be raffling a pair of tickets with donations given to the Heritage Society.
  • Loads of Alan Ball memorabilia on show, on film, etc.

I bought my Dad 2 tickets for Ball of fire as Alan Ball is his favourite all time Everton player.

He has now told me he is away on the date of the show (Saturday 15 October, 8pm) so I have 2 tickets if anyone is interested.

The show is at the New Brighton Floral Pavilion Theatre.

The tickets were 㾾 each but I'm happy to sell them for 㿅 for the 2 as it is better than them going to waste. If anyone is interested, you can email me or
