Voting is now open in the annual Football Blogging Awards and we would appreciate your support in the Best Football Club Blog category.

ToffeeWeb is obviously much more than just a blog site but with the FBAs being the biggest and most prominent awards in our part of the industry, any recognition from them provides valuable exposure of Everton and reflects the quality of online presence we aim to produce in the club's name.

Blues-related sites and podcasts have always done well in votes like this one, reflecting the passion and drive that exists within the fanbase and while we would love your support in our category, you can also support entities like GrandOldTeam in the Best Social Site section and ToffeeTV in the Video Blog category.

You can vote for ToffeeWeb in one of two ways:

Thanks for your support!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we all come on here, put our points forward, exchange views, and, if you are like me, learn a fair bit on the journey .

I will, and take this opportunity to implore everyone else to, make my support for the site known in the poll. I know there are a few who exchange Thanks and pleasantries with Michael, Lyndon and the team at times like Christmas, but without being patronising, as important as it is to us, it is at least as important to them and I firmly believe we should spend a minute or two supporting them.

Seen the prices for the tickets, thought it was the ballon d'or. Or Deacon Blue front row, obviously.

You guys (LL & MK) do a fantastic job and I thoroughly enjoy reading your articles.

The community makes me laugh every day and I think the differing opinions and subsequent debates make the the site a must for blues who like myself are not absolute experts and can learn a few things from other supporters.

Best of luck.

Done and taking this opportunity to send a big thank you for a great site that most certainly is in the mould of the club's motto NSNO.

Ray (#14) sorry to go off key but Bert Llewelyn is well worth talking about. A tough little centre forward from Golburn, I think, he made his debut aged about 17 and put himself about, had no fear. Played in a poor era for Everton, I don't think he played that many games for the Blues but remember him well as a tough little nut. I reckon he will be about 75, very sad.
