This boy, huge Evertonian by all accounts is co-leader of the US Open.

Would love to see him win a major and he's in with a shout here.

A cheer for a "True Blue", going onto the 3rd Round of the US Open today tied for the lead. And he wore blue yesterday. Perhaps he will get the chance to promote EFC during an interview?

Go Tommy!

Good luck to Southport's Tommy Fleetwood, lying second in the US Open golf.

A big Blue. Go get 'em son!

I hadn't seen any mention on here about Southport based Evertonian, Tommy Fleetwood, right up there in the US Open this evening. Just a shot off the lead. I'll be glued to it... come on Tommy lad!!!!!

Played golf with his caddie, Ian Finnis at Royal Bootle. Fin is also a mad blue. Used to see him at Goodison. Fingers crossed for tonight.

Shame he couldn't compete with Koepka in the final round, but he should be very proud of 4th place (champs league!). That course looked scary... I'm pretty sure any mid handicapper (11) like myself would be shooting well over 100 with the wind blowing like it was!

Well done Tommy!

Was a great effort in very difficult conditions, but unfortunately Koepka was just too good over the four days.

I reckon Tommy will have a few other chances in the future. Strikes the ball really well.

Surely the Open at Royal Birkdale will be on the radar for the Southport toffee.

Tommy Fleetwood just won the French Open.

Come on, son... Let's get to Birkdale and show show them.
