much-heralded contract extension, after a hold-up due to "minor
technicalities"...
Although there has been no official acceptance of Kenwright's bid by Peter
Johnson, it seems that the making of the offer itself is enough to signal
completion of the deal. All media sources are now proclaiming Bill Kenwright
as Everton's new majority share owner, even though the process will not be
completed for at least another month. Congratulations, Bill!
-
Jan 25: Everton Reserves beat Manchester United's alternative
first-team squad at the AutoQuest Stadium by a score of 2-1. Tommy Myhre

goal, a penalty on 18 mins... Everton are not having
much success convincing their World Cup defender
Slaven Bilic that he is finished.
Slaven knows he can continue to cream >£20k a week from the
club for doing nothing in Croatia, and he seems to have no intention of retiring
gracefully. The lawyers have now been called in... Everton have told Birmingham
City that they cannot take striker
Danny Cadamarteri on
loan to ease their injury crisis. Walter Smith needs him for cover up-front
in his own "paper-thin" squad. However,

be going out on loan to Darlington...

late equaliser!

all sections of society has again pointed the spotlight on racism amongst
Everton fans. A survey by the Sir Norman
Chester Centre asserts that more Everton fans hear racist remarks

fans are actually more honest about this problem than fans of other clubs.
