I was robbed in the No Red Shite Here League Cup Final.

That would be Kai Havertz's somewhat controversial 89th winner last day of the season versus, erm, us. I've always thought that Michael Oliver is criminally treated on here and is one of our finest referees. I think that I brought Havertz in on that day: quality management?

Joined both and wouldn't have picked any RS anyway. Also picked no Man U for good measure. Guess I missed this week because today's match had already kicked off.

My dilemma which I thought about for a while was Haaland or no Haaland. Decided against. Might be playing an early wildcard!

Rob, what did you do with Haaland for Doc Bramley Moore, in or out? I thought about it for a while, caused me a bit of grief.

£15M for Haaland was a bit steep, Paul. Your options are restricted. Best have three decent forwards than one good and two bang average.

Agree Rob. I put together a with and without squad and the without looked so much better, not just up front but everywhere else.

Hate to say it, the best thing for FPL would be Haaland being out for the rest of the season!

I did my admin check for red shite in the league. Found three; they'll be toast over the weekend.

Also, did a Haaland check. 50 signed up so far - annoyed that Neil has to wait until week 2 - 25 have Haaland; 25 do not have him.

He might be more important this season than the previous two.

Mind you, the new bank 5 transfers gives us new strategies and playing an early wild card will not be as risky. They need to give us two transfers to play each week.

I'm already suffering under the heavy expectation and pressure of defending my unprecedented and never to be achieved again treble. I think that I will finish below Paul Hewitt this season.

Haaland didn't even top score last year - Watkins scored more points than him. I went with no Haaland and have Havertz, Isak and Solanke up front with Salah, Saka, Nkunku, and Jota. My attack is waaay heavier without Haaland!

Bloody hell Paul, if you think you will finish below Paul Hewitt this season, then that means you are going to be rock bottom!
