Former Everton player, Moise Kean, had to be stretchered off in a neck brace after he collapsed during an Italian League match between Fiorentina and Hellas Verona on Sunday afternoon.

Earlier in the game, the player had been in a nasty clash when an opposition player had inadvertently kneed him in the head. He later returned to the field with a bandaged head after the collision left a cut above his eye.

But shortly after his return, Kean was seen collapsing to the ground off the ball, sparking a concerned reaction from his team-mates, opponents and medical staff. The 24-year-old was then stretchered off the field in a neck brace and  taken to hospital.
