Harry Tyrer has completed a move to Blackpool on a season-long loan rather than return to Chesterfield for the season.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper helped the Spireites out of the National League and into League Two last season and was reported at one stage to have had an offer to return there this season.

However, he had talks with the Tangerines about joining their bid to avoid relegation from League One this season and has now sealed a temporary switch to Bloomfield Road.

This lad should be applauded as he has had prefect reviews from wherever he has played. He seems to be getting better each season.

I do hope his progress continues and he will one day play for our 1st Team. Best wishes, Harry.
