Ibou 'Ibby' Touray is a Liverpool lad who's mother or father comes from the tiny African nation of Gambia.
He is a left-back who joined the Everton Academy at Finch Farm in 2011 after he secured a scholarship, having impressed enough after he originally joined the Toffes at age just 16.
Having put pen-to-paper the defender went on to convince the club management and became a reserve team regular in the 2011-12 season.
Already likened to Real Madrid's sturdy Brazilian stopper Marcelo for his solid and dependable qualities, the 17-year-old was part of the Everton side which traveled to the United States and reached the last four of the Dallas Cup.
By virtue of his other parent being a Gambian native, this qualifies him to adorn the Red, White, Blue and Green jersey of the Gambian Scorpions, although he could also play for England.
Unfortunately, Touray didn't make the grade with the Blues and was released by the club as a free agent in May 2014.
