Please contact 07957 629764 thanks, Peter. Martin Mason 13 Posted 18/04/2023 at 13:29:44 1 for Palace please. 07725072273 Tony Abrahams 14 Posted 18/04/2023 at 13:52:18 I wish I had a spare ticket for you, Martin, because I was only telling a few of the ToffeeWeb contingent on Saturday that you are probably the man I'd most like to meet on this wonderful website.I hope you get a ticket, Martin, and I hope you bring the Blues some luck, mate!Reading this page, it just occurred to me how special and loyal Evertonians are. The present custodians might not deserve us, especially the self-serving deserting bastards, but hopefully better times are coming… Please God. Martin Mason 15 Posted 18/04/2023 at 18:48:34 Tony, thank you for your post. I'd love to come up and meet you guys to say hello but I live in Horsham and getting a bit old for the fast run there and back on my bike that I used to do. Getting home tickets is pretty impossible though and away tickets almost so. Yes, Evertonians are a truly special bunch who deserve so much better than what the club has given. Here's to winning on Saturday and hoping I can be there. Neil Copeland 16 Posted 18/04/2023 at 20:21:26 Martin #15, I know of a spare ticket for the Brighton game if you are interested. Need to know very soon though. Mark Murphy 17 Posted 18/04/2023 at 21:00:24 Aaaarrrggghhh - I've sorted Martin a ticket!! He's got one!!! Mark Murphy 18 Posted 18/04/2023 at 21:04:42 I pulled out all the stops to get Martin a ticket, sorted it, paid for it, and then he tells me he's had other offers! He's sorted!! Stop offering him tickets! That goes for the Brighton game as well!Martin! Stop begging for tickets or I'll tell the Live Forum lynch mob where you'll be pre match….. xxx Martin Mason 19 Posted 19/04/2023 at 08:38:12 Thanks Mark, it is really appreciated. Mark Murphy 20 Posted 19/04/2023 at 09:59:21 No worries Martin.Next season I'll happily drive us both to Goodison for the odd game (IF we can get tickets) Hopefully we'll still be in the prem!UTFT Neil Copeland 21 Posted 19/04/2023 at 19:33:39 Martin, seems like we all love you!! Mark, Ok ok ok chill out baby 🤪 Mark Murphy 22 Posted 19/04/2023 at 19:45:16 Chill out? CHILL OUT????How can anyone CHILL THE FECK OUT in the current situation? I'm fizzing! Wibble. Martin Mason 23 Posted 19/04/2023 at 20:43:50 Neil, many thanks for the offer of the ticket, much appreciated. My fault for the confusion. Thanks massively to Mark and Danny too and please don't feel that you have to love me. I apologise for the trouble. It's hard being a Toffee in Horsham. Mark Murphy 24 Posted 19/04/2023 at 21:28:58 Au Cointreau Marty, au Cointreau! At least we don't have to face bloody koppites every day!Well, apart from the plastic variety who are easily dismissed with a “what the f@cks it to do with you?†UTFT and roll on Saturday! Tom Bowers 25 Posted 19/04/2023 at 21:34:09 Why are the stupid commentators rabbiting on about Haaland breaking Dixie Dean's record ?? There is no comparison. Dixie scored 60 league goals and so far Haaland only has 32 and has no chance of breaking the record. Forget about including all other competitions. Chris Ireson 26 Posted 19/04/2023 at 22:02:59 Looking for one or two tickets for Palace. If you have any spare contact me on 07751995413. Happy to meet at the ground. Thanks Mike Lawson 27 Posted 20/04/2023 at 13:08:11 Hi, I'm looking for a single ticket for the Palace game on Saturday. Please contact me on 07807 982552 if you can helpThanks Dom Eric Myles 28 Posted 20/04/2023 at 14:11:56 Tom #25, I saw no mention of Haarland breaking Dixie's record, just that he has scored more goals in the English league than any other player.I have fruitlessly tried to submit to the Reuters corrections page, where the article originated, informing them of their lack of journalistic integrity in investigating the veracity of their statement (ffs don't they have Google at Reuters!) but it doesn't want to accept my input.https://www.reuters.com/info-pages/contact-us/Hope someone has better luck. Barry Hesketh 29 Posted 20/04/2023 at 14:43:19 Eric @28The guy on BT covering last night's match, Gareth somebody or other, kept mentioning Haaland's record in relation to Dixie Dean's. He said that's the City strikers 48th goal of the season and with the number of games remaining he could easily surpass Dixie's record of a total of 63 goals in a season. He obviously forgot to mention that Dixie's goals were only scored in domestic games and that there was no League Cup competition either. Dixie scored his 63 goals in 41 matches. I don't know how many games Haaland has played but the commentator thought it would be a greater achievement if the Norwegian beats Dixie because the lad hardly plays 90 minutes. Rob Halligan 30 Posted 20/04/2023 at 15:51:59 Take out Haalands goals scored in CL and league cup games, and as it currently stands he's 28 goals behind Dixie. Even then Everton only played two FA Cup games in 1927 / 28. Haaland needs to score 28 goals in a minimum of nine, and a maximum of ten games to equal Dixie. Never gonna happen!!Dixie Dean……..the greatest goalscorer of ALL TIME……….and not just the last 31 years, which is what Sky, BT and the BBC all seem to base their stats on. Danny O’Neill 31 Posted 20/04/2023 at 16:06:29 How very dare they.Haaland may be good and a goal machine, but it doesn't compare.Football did exist before 1992.Kendall and Harvey should have played for England more than the one cap they earned between them.I've probably gone off on a tangent but it grates me. Tottenham and Chelsea big clubs.I'll let Rob finish that one.You will have to excuse me. We are approaching Saturday and I'm getting emotional, pissing of the wife and making the dogs anxious. Scott Phelps 32 Posted 20/04/2023 at 21:47:41 Looking for 1 ticket. Cheers Scott 07754877162 Eric Myles 33 Posted 21/04/2023 at 03:43:21 Barry #29, they should have mentioned that Haarland has only just equalled Dixie's goalscoring record from when he was in the Second Division!!
