Everton U21s 0 - 2 Leicester City U21s

Everton U21s finish up their Premier League 2 season with a defeat to Leicester City.

The Finch Farm match kicked off at 2 pm and the Young Blues were looking to repeat their recent 4-1 victory at Leicester City's training ground at the end of last month.

Andros Townsend had a runout after his long injury layoff but the home side went behind in the first half, and gave a second goal away early in the second half, after which there was no way back.

Everton U21s: Leban (77' Barrett), Dixon/Quintyne (59' Higgins), I Samuels-Smith, Welch, Campbell, Metcalfe (58' Butterfield), Townsend (46' Barker), Price, Okoronkwo, McAllister, Kouyate (59' Djankpata).

Getting beat 2-0 after 50 minutes, Leicester are bottom of the league and already relegated!!
