The game kicked off at 3:30 pm BST in Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai, India with 35 minutes for each half and Everton soon fell behind, apparently not accustomed to the 30+C heat. It only got worse before the break, Wolves going further ahead, and they would finish with a 4-goal win over the Young Blues. Everton U19s: Jensen, Dixon/Quintyne, Moonan, Jones, O Samuels-Smith, Butterfield, Metcalfe, Apter (65' Djankpata), Heath, Ebere, Beaumont-Clark (59' Barker).
