Everton U19s 4- 0 - Wolves U19s

Everton Under-19s were comprehensively beaten by Wolves in their first game of the Next Gen Cup in India.

The game kicked off at 3:30 pm BST in Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai, India with 35 minutes for each half and Everton soon fell behind, apparently not accustomed to the 30+C heat.

It only got worse before the break, Wolves going further ahead, and they would finish with a 4-goal win over the Young Blues.

Everton U19s:  Jensen, Dixon/Quintyne, Moonan, Jones, O Samuels-Smith, Butterfield, Metcalfe, Apter (65' Djankpata), Heath, Ebere, Beaumont-Clark (59' Barker).

Sorry, but did we win, as per scoreline, or lose as in the report?

All the way to India, to get torn apart. It’s a learning process, especially if you take a young team, but the reset of Everton football club at every single level, can’t come soon enough, imo.
