Stoke City U18s 1 - 4 Everton U18s

Everton U18s restarted their league campaign with a big win at Stoke this morning at Clayton Wood.

The Blues sat rock bottom of the U18 Premier League after 8 losses with just one win and one draw all season, so there was plenty to do to improve upon that.

And they responded to the challenge! Coby Ebere turned the game Everton's way with a fantastic hat-trick in the space of 5 minutes just before the hour mark. Harrison Armstrong got the fourth with the home side getting a consolation goal near the end.

Young U16 player Kean Wren making his first appearance for the U18s as a sub was credited with two assists.

Well, this game should be all done and dusted at this point.

But I can find not one scintilla of information about it – as if it simply never kicked off. No teams, no nothing.

Thanks, Rob, I'm just seeing that now.

I'll add details later if I have the will to go on living…

Michael (3),

Here's something to give you the will to go living.

Coby Ebere scored a hat-trick and Harrison Armstrong got the other goal, Kean Wren, an U16 player, got two assists.

Never despair, Michael.

Why is it the official site never gives out this info? They should be going all out to promote all the teams so fans can see the possible upcoming talent that may make the break through to the first team.

The whole club as we know needs a bloody good shake-up and sorting out.

Hi Mike @5,

The match details are now up on the official website.

I guess whoever tracks these games for the club took the weekend off or was on the verge of topping themselves after Saturday's painful display at Goodison.
