Everton U21s 1 - 2 Nottingham Forest U21s

Everton U21s were narrowly beaten by Nottingham Forest in their Premier League 2 encounter at Southport's Big Help Stadium on Monday night.

Two goals for the visitors in the first half put them on the back foot before Harrison Armstrong clawed one back on the stroke of half-time. But it was not enough.

Everton U21s: Crellin, John, Hunt, Jones, Welch, Warrington (59' Heath), Djankpata, Metcalfe, Kouyate, Whitaker [Y:38'] (59' Okoronkwo), Armstrong. 

Subs not Used: Barnsley, Moonan, Bates.
