Everton will host Liverpool for that last time at Goodison Park on Wednesday 12 February, in the Premier League that was postponed last month due to the weather.

The game will now take place on Wednesday 12 February 12 with a 7:30 pm kick-off and will be shown live on TNT Sports, with the last Goodison league derby before Everton move to their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock will take place under the lights.

It will be David Moyes's first opportunity since returning as Everton's new manager to try and improve on the poor record he holds of overseeing only 4 wins in 11½ years against the club's arch rivals.

Postponed derby re-scheduled for Wednesday 12 February, KO 7.30.

Should the RS somehow manage to fuck up their qualification straight to the knockout stages of the Champions League and have to go into the playoff round, then this date will be changed again.

Seems to early to be able to remind them "you lost the league at Goodison Park" this season also.

Sadly, Michael, your distaste for David Moyes has led to another unnecessarily negative comment.

Of course you are entitled to your opinion that 4 wins in 11.5 years is poor, however it is a considerably better record than what we have achieved in the 11.5 years since Moyes left (2 wins, I believe?). Surely this should have been mentioned too? You may even have concluded that Moyes' record was twice as good as his successors, however I am fast realising you have a reluctance to paint Moyes in any sort of positive light at all.

I am assuming, given the amount of articles you write, that you are a member of the editorial team, Michael. If so, please try and give more balanced, objective pieces as I feel you have a responsibility to help preserve the integrity of the website.

If you are not able to make this adjustment, I fear I shall end up simply not bothering to read your articles at all.

Eric@2 absolutely is, particularly as Everton have won diddly for 30 years, apart from low scoring dross awards.

Steve#3

Steve, surely talking about our "present" manager and his record is more relevant than talking about those who have gone before?

And that's thing about Michael and Lyndon's site, negative comments and criticism are allowed, and to be honest a major feature of the site.

If you ignore and scroll past what you consider unnecessary and negative comments you'll not have a lot to read mate.

Steve Little, are you taking the piss here mate ? My jaw actually dropped reading that pile of shite you have just posted.

It is not a negative comment, it is a fact.

Maybe you should try and lead a campaign TO 'cancel' MK. I doubt you would get much support

When Everton win this match Moyes will still be trailing Dyche's derby win percentage.
Funny things stats aren't they?
