Galatasaray, Valencia and both Merseyside clubs are apparently interested Ismail Koybaşı, according to a report from Turkey.
0 Comment The 26-year-old currently plies his trade with Besiktas but is reportedly stalling on a new deal with the Black Eagles.
A Turkish international, Koybaşı is expected to be in his country's squad for next month's European Championships in France.
