With two weeks still remaining of the Early Bird discount window, the number of Evertonians buying a Season Ticket for the very first time has rocketed by 202 per cent compared to 12 months ago. The percentage of existing Season Ticket holders renewing for next term is also up compared to the same day of sales last year, and junior Blues are particularly keen to secure their seat at Goodison with the number of under 16s signing up to become regulars increasing by 95 per cent. The latest sales figures support the findings of the recent Premier League Fan Survey which saw Everton take the top spot for the pricing of tickets for young Blues. Article continues below video content Once again, prices for juniors have been frozen for the 2014/15 campaign, with the £95 Season Ticket available for Under 11s and prices starting at £149 for Under 16s. Everton’s Commercial Director, Dave Biggar said: "Season Ticket sales are very encouraging, especially at this stage of the campaign. The combination of creative memorable match day activities, price and extended payment options and, of course, some fantastic team performances have helped persuade supporters to renew their season tickets. And we’re particularly pleased at the number of supporters buying a Season Ticket for the first time. “There’s still time before the Early Bird window closes to take advantage of a substantial discount, pay via direct debit and guarantee your seat for what we all hope will be another exciting season!” The Early Bird window, which closes on Tuesday 22 April, allows supporters to save up to £120 on Season Tickets for next season. Renewing and returning Season Ticket holders can take advantage of a minimum 25 per cent saving, whilst the Early Bird period also offers a minimum 20 per cent discount for new Season Ticket holders. Supporters still have the option to spread the cost of their Season Ticket over up to nine monthly instalments to make securing your seat more affordable than ever.
