The Everton midfielder, who played 27 minutes as a substitute against Norway recently, was named in the starting XI this time and he completed 67 minutes before making way. Thus far there has been no reported reaction in the knee he damaged in March which prematurely ended his 2017-18 season. I believe his first season with Everton was ruined because of the protracted move and consequently, he did not get a proper pre-season. He's a massive price. so I'm only talking about a small punt. Pickford could also have a good tournament.
