Disclaimer Andy Meighan 1 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:11:03 Hot on the heels of that debacle last night. All we need Sandra Williams 2 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:22:18 Just when you think things couldn't get any worse! Jamie Evans 3 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:23:28 Deep. Joy. Pat Kelly 4 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:28:41 Well at least Silva won't be in charge as the Board meet this afternoon to decide on his replacement. We should hear the outcome within hours. Stephen Meighan 5 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:36:13 Another chance for the whole nation to laugh at us. Joe McMahon 6 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:47:37 The BBC follows Liverpool without fail every year in the FA Cup. No doubt Pickford will have his usual Anfield game for the television masses. Jim Bennings 7 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:50:45 Just leave me alone. Michael Kenrick 8 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:53:57 "The kick-off has been delayed by one minute to encourage fans to ‘take a minute' to think about looking after their mental health as part of the FA's Heads Up campaign."What the Fuck? It's like saying: "Take this time to think about how fucking mental you are watching this shit and expecting a different outcome." Steve Ferns 9 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:56:45 Michael, that's unbelievable, is someone seriously taking the piss? I bet they got paid a lot of money (charity money too) to come up with that crap. Jay Wood[BRZ] 10 Posted 05/12/2019 at 16:57:49 Oh, I dunno Michael. It's a big marketing opp for the club.I fancy if this debacle carries on much longer, there will be Blues in record numbers sectioned under the Mental Health Act. Mike Benjamin 11 Posted 05/12/2019 at 17:01:54 Yep I will consider very carefully the affect EFC is having on my mental health Jay Wood[BRZ] 12 Posted 05/12/2019 at 17:07:46 I've already come up with a week-long marketing plan, Michael (with apologies to those of a sensitive nature. I genuinely, but genuinely do take mental health issues seriously):Manic MondayTourettes TuesdayWell-being WednesdayTherapy ThursdayFrantic FridaySelf-harm Saturday (on the eve of the game, once again deluding ourselves that 'THIS' is the game we finally win at Anfield)Suicidal Sunday (by the way we'll play and how we'll feel long before the final whistle)Can you guess I'm just desperately waiting to see the flashing 'Breaking News' story out of Finch Farm. Karl Masters 13 Posted 05/12/2019 at 17:18:22 A minute to stop and wonder why we bother. I guess we are all addicted, but football is a bloody curse. Dale Rose 14 Posted 05/12/2019 at 17:54:31 Karl 13.This club is cursed. Bobby Mallon 15 Posted 05/12/2019 at 18:21:33 I agree; cursed. Rob Halligan 16 Posted 05/12/2019 at 18:25:58 Sunday 5th January. Same date we played the RS the other year in the cup (Friday 5th January) when we lost 2-1. The BBC looking at lucky omens for their darling team? Mike Doyle 17 Posted 05/12/2019 at 19:13:35 Best of luck Rob. I guess you'll be there. The rest of us will be watching from behind the sofa - fearing/expecting a repeat of last night (or worse). Derek Thomas 18 Posted 05/12/2019 at 20:18:42 Yet another opportunity for the rs infested BBC to bang the drum AND do us down for the prime time edification of all the stay home (or in the pub) bantz merchants Tamhas Woods 19 Posted 05/12/2019 at 20:30:36 Everton's rep will be Kilbane who, as Dan Walker will point out on the touchline, "has experience of being on the winning side in a derby way back in December 2004""Yeh well ye've just gotta go out there and give 'undred percent. That Liverpool back four is there to be got at, and Everton need to stay focused and compact.""Wise words Kevin. Any prediction?""1-1 take em back to Goodison""Thanks Kevin, now on to the pundits we really care about... Michael. You're a derby veteran, your thoughts""Well if Everton score early doors, Liverpool will need to fight back to win it""Totally agree, thanks Michael"What absolute fecking drivel. Wish I could switch my brain off like Bender from Futurama Ray Robinson 20 Posted 05/12/2019 at 20:59:48 Maybe because I'm of a certain age that can remember derby victories, but I think we'll be in Round 4. That minute's silence should be for me really! Minik Hansen 21 Posted 05/12/2019 at 21:20:29 Already looking forward to it, COYB!!!I thought if our defence the other day was more adapted to fast attacking opponents and one or two of our big chances went in, it woulda looked lotta different. Of course the reds had a couple of big chances that didn't go in, but put my first point in consideration. Half the team was Liverpool B team, coulda gone away with something, anyways, good luck to whoever the next manager to sort it out from back to front. Liam Reilly 22 Posted 09/12/2019 at 15:55:02 FFS I was sure this was going to be on BT Sport so I added that package to my Sky. I think I'll cancel it till next season. Jerome Shields 23 Posted 09/12/2019 at 21:35:33 I am actually looking forward to Big Dunc being in charge for that game. It will be a real derby then, anything could happen.
