Disclaimer Brian Wilkinson 1 Posted 03/05/2022 at 17:13:20 I got a ticket for the Palace game but not so lucky at getting one for this game, sold out.If any of the regulars have a spare ticket going, can you give me a shout please. Rob Halligan 2 Posted 03/05/2022 at 19:48:39 We were originally meant to kick off at 2 pm with West Ham v Man City kicking off at 4:30 pm. Following a request by West Ham, the two games have been reversed, us at 4:30 and West Ham 2pm. The reason………….West Ham want more recovery time should they get to the Europa League final!! Like what difference is 2½ hours going to make? This change affects fans of all clubs involved, as no doubt many will be travelling by train for both matches. Unless you have an open ticket for train travel, then it will cost you to change your scheduled time of departure. Absolutely ridiculous, and yet again no consideration for fans whatsoever. What happens if West Ham don't make the Europa League final, will the kick-off times be changed again? Mike Keating 3 Posted 03/05/2022 at 23:38:00 Spot on Rob but I wonder what level of negotiation occurred with the clubs on this and if the clubs had any input at all and more importantly, could they care less?Good thing about playing in the Championship is that most games are not shifted like this at the last minute - I hear many of them still ko at 3 PM on a Saturday.
