Season › 2023-24 › General Forum Different views of Bramley-Moore Dock By Brian Williams 04/11/2023 Share: A couple of photos of our new home at Bramley-Moore Dock that I took while collecting stuff for my Mum's funeral service on Monday the 6th. The sight cheered me up, I have to say. They're not the usual shots we tend to see. I lost my dad in May and I know how difficult it is to deal with especially having to do the practical things when you are grieving, it's hard. Best wishes to you and your family. Brent Stephens 10 Posted 06/11/2023 at 13:35:22 Thinking of you today, Brian.Great photos. Brings a different, brilliant perspective to the new place. Wow!Unfortunately a smudge top right of second photo. Dale Self 11 Posted 06/11/2023 at 14:03:26 My condolences Brian. It is never easy no matter the circumstances but there is always some unexpected growth from just doing what needs to be done and keeping it together. I hope you have a peaceful time ahead. Chris Lyons 12 Posted 08/11/2023 at 16:09:22 Apologies if this has been discussed lots before but what are the plans for parking at Bramley-Moore Dock?Having been for a look around down there, it was not obvious where most parking would go especially as on-street parking looks really limited. Bill Watson 13 Posted 08/11/2023 at 22:13:28 Many condolences, Brian. Thanks for posting the great photos. Danny O’Neill 14 Posted 08/11/2023 at 22:27:25 Condolences on your loss, Brian. The Young New Lady is looking stunning. Domineering the famous waterfront. The 5th Grace. She is the future, but it also makes me think about that last day at the Grand Old Lady. I think there will be many who will struggle to walk away for the last time. It's going to be tough. And I don't want to watch any footage when the bulldozers come in. I can't.But the new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is the future. A hopefully bright future. Neil Copeland 15 Posted 08/11/2023 at 22:36:58 Danny, I am both really looking forward to and absolutely dreading the final match at Goodison, emotion doesn't even begin to describe it.The new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock will be something very special and I can't wait for the first game there but it comes at a price. It's difficult to imagine never going to Goodison again. Danny O’Neill 16 Posted 08/11/2023 at 23:20:10 Everton stadium from ground levelMy brother just sent this to me. Ian Jones 17 Posted 10/11/2023 at 17:49:01 Danny, thanks for the link. Interesting view of the stadium's progress. Is this the stadium some on here said would never get built? 😀. Karl Masters 18 Posted 19/11/2023 at 01:07:05 May your Mum rest in peace, Brian. Great video, Danny.
