
James Tarkowski, Everton centre-back, often so reliable in the key moments but, every now and then, liable to the odd reckless lunge or moment of madness.

Maybe, and hopefully that will return, but like all human beings, and footballers too, apart from the odd enigma, the demands on the physical side cannot be dealt with as they were a few years ago.
