Everton Under-18s extended their unbeaten run to seven games with a 0-0 away draw against in-form Blackburn Rovers, halting their 5-game winning streak.
The young Blues looked more likely to take all three points after the hosts were reduced to 10 men just before the half-time interval. But, despite their best efforts, the Toffees were kept at bay and goalkeeper Chris Renshaw was called into action twice late on to ensure the visitors would take a point.
Everton U18s: Renshaw, Morris, Harrington, Lees, Collins, Bramall, Baningime (60' Duke-McKenna), Kiersey, Moore (70' Kerr), Ball (82' Mampala), Lavery.
Subs not Used: Jones, Scully.
