Season › 2021-22 › News Everton U18s post an excellent win at Blackburn Michael Kenrick Tuesday, 5 April, 2022 2comments | Jump to most recent Blackburn Rovers U18s 0 - 1 Everton U18s Games are coming thick and fast now for Everton U18s as they squeeze six into the final month of league competition.Today, they travelled to deepest Lancashire and came back with a fine win over Blackburn Rovers at Brockhall, hot on the heels of their fine win on the road at the Academy of Light over the weekend. After a well-contested first half, Martin Sherif came off the bench after the break to replace Emilio Lawrence and score 10 minutes into the second half. Jacob Beaumount-Clark entered the fray for his debut at U18 level as the Young Blues kept another clean sheet and secured a great win. I didn't realise it was Jacob Beaumont-Clark's first appearance, I know he's been on the bench before. He was up there with Lawrence and Samuels-Smith as ones to watch out for at the start of the season. I'm not aware if he's just suffered injuries or didn't develop as quickly, but still a schoolboy so time to make his mark this season.
