The Blues are seeking to replace outgoing head of the Finch Farm academy, David Unsworth, and according to The Athletic, Prosser is in pole position. Prosser, who previously worked with the Blues' new Director of Football, Kevin Thelwell, in a similar role in Elite Player Performance Plan development at Wolves, is currently a general manager at Professional Game Academy AuditCo which conducts the independent auditing process for academies on behalf of the Premier League, EFL and FA.
