So, to Everton. Within reason, forget PSR. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Go out, spend, but spend wisely and build a team and squad. I don't care if they cost £5M or £50M as long as they improve us.

It wouldn't surprise me if Thelwell sniffs around Everton for loans. Brands did it with Branthwaite at PSV and wanted to sign him.
