The two successful candidates in Everton’s 2024 Fan Advisory Board election have been confirmed and the result verified by the Football Supporters Association (FSA):

  • Mark McKeown (Shareholder)
  • Paul McMonnies (FSA)

Paul McMonnies, who was featured in a special ToffeeWeb podcast last month, returns for a second term on the Fan Advisory Board, having been elected previously in 2023. He led the voting in the FSA category, taking 50% of the votes, and will now serve a 1-year term in the FSA position.

Mark McKeown will be a new face on the Fan Advisory Board representing the wider Shareholder base after receiving 47.1% of the vote in his category.

Both Mark and Paul will join the Fan Advisory Board with immediate effect and be part of the groups next quarterly meeting with the Club, which will take place later this summer.

Congratulations to you both. Please keep our new custodians on the right path to success on behalf of us all.

Thanks for all the work the FAB does.

Thanks for the article and to Lyndon for having me on the ToffeeWeb podcast recently and during last season (at last we speak after knowing each other 25 years or so!).

Thanks also to everyone who voted (not just for me – it's important to us that all Blues have a say in who represents them on the FAB) and to Jack for his congratulations and kind words above.

I'm looking forward to getting back into it – still lots and lots to be done! UTFT!

FAB have done well to keep the pressure on through the media and finally everyone sees through the false narrative the club spun for years. Keep it up!

Well done Paul, when the fan’s advisory first came in, I like others were sceptical at first, a publicity stunt by our Chairman to be seen as doing something, instead of share holding meetings.

It’s clear now that the fans advisory board has done a lot and been the spokes person for the Evertonians.

Best of luck in your new role.

P.s, if you ever get to the bottom of headlock gate, be sure to spread the word on Toffeeweb :-)
