Lyndon, Adam and Paul look ahead to the Anfield edition of the Merseyside derby which offers Everton the chance to leap out of the bottom three if they can win on the ground of the old enemy for only the second time this century.

The reds are somewhat in disarray and wracked by injury but the Blues have been burned so many times in this fixture that hope rather than optimism is usually the order of the day

Tepid? I'm pumping full of adrenaline and desire. Maybe that a fault of mine. I'm going in to face them in the eye and fight them (not physically).

No tepidness here, just desire and commitment.

Maybe the gang can calm me, but, I am in Derby mode and ready to face them, just as I have done all my life.

This is about Everton, not them.
