David Unsworth's side are top of the table but have not played for almost a month, and could clinch the title with victory should second-placed Manchester City fail to beat Derby County on Friday. Entry is free for Season Ticket holders and Foreverton members, with admission otherwise priced at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions. For fans not able to attend, the game will be viewable live and in full on the Club's official Facebook page - Facebook.com/everton.
