The Mirror seems to be hell bent on, er, out-ridiculousnessing itself. What the fuck is going on at that paper?

John #017, it's been shite for years. Trying to compete with the Echo for piss-poor coverage of Everton, and both coming out on top.

Osman, and Manchester United? Can't see that happening. It would take an absolute tactically inept clown to sign such a crap player, oh wait, he's the Manchester United manager isn't he?
Oh, he can have him then, in a swap deal with Cleverley. Cheers Moyes, take Ossie and Pip, oh close the door on your way our mate.

Ross, you really should have put a comma between the words 'like' and 'thank'.

I'd just like to mention that it is hard not to mention the unmentionable one at the moment. This site seems to be getting even more traffic than usual and we all know why regardless of the excellent attempts by some to get our minds to focus on something else.

BTW, I've just seen BK in subways with Gus Hiddink... or 2 people who looked very similar. Not trying to speculate, just saying.

Any manager worth his salt will want to choose his own support staff regardless of what BK wants him to do.
Makes you suspect Pip is being lined up for the `top job`!

Well, Doddy, with Pip keen to carry on playing in the Prem, don`t bet against BK making him Player Manager!

Jesus, how low will Bill sink in order to save money? I am getting sick of all these average names being thrown around for our new manager.

Just when you think we are going for Mackay we read about this dreamed up scenario.

If Bill does not take this seriously then why should we bother at all, as llong as Bill Kenwright is our chairman we are forever doomed to be average.

Who am I kidding. Thinking Bill would actually look for the best and the brightest in europe to be our next manager.

It is just spin and lies, We see Bill on Sky saying he will do what is best for Everton FC, but Bill is not capable of finding a manager in europe.
All he will do is look locally, and then make his choice based on his limited view of things.

Basicly he will take Moyes and his word for it as gold as he always does.
It would not shock me to see Bill picking Pip. but I expect much much more then that to be perfectly honest.

I have no doubt Pip will be a decent coach, but he has a long long way to go in order to be manager at Everton FC.

I hope Bill takes Everton the next step, but if he is going to just give up and hand Phil Neville the job then that is exactly what it will reflect afterwards, that he just could not be bothered with it.

Jimmy, it does say coach, no need to panic.

What am I saying Kenwrights in charge, of course we should panic.

Ross, who said anything about Osman going to Man U. And anyway, I thought he had two years left on his contract and that would take him to 34.

Ross 046... I'm behind ya fella! Osman IS shite. What part of that statement is up for debate? I totally agree that a Manager who has persevered with such a rank average player leaves himself open to criticism. So Brent, you can put my name next to that Post as well, please.

Gary, I and Nick (I think) were making the same point - not that Osman ain't shit but that Ross had misread the original post. Have a look again.

Well it's a cert that neither Barkley, Vellios, Oviedo or Duffy will be going to OT. They must be chuffed he's gone.

I think the treatment of Leon Osman is a little over the top.

He has been a talented player for us, even with the hideous tactics he's had to play under: played out of position, and he's scored some crucial goals for this club.

If he did leave, I'd wish him well; however, any move from Everton would be a step down for the lad.

Latest rumour is that Moyes could be taking Anichebe to OT to replace Scholes in central midfield (That old post from Barry still brings a smile to my face!).

Pip & Ossie go, while Fellaini & Baines stay make sense for me ...
