Romelu Lukaku says that he is very happy with his start to life at Goodison Park after becoming an instant hit with the Everton fans following his loan switch from Chelsea.

The Belgian international has only played three halves in the Premier League for the Blues but has already scored three times and he plans to keep going down the goal trail as the season unfolds. "[W]e are playing well and each and every member of the team, myself included, has to make profit of it," the Belgian striker told evertonfc.com.

"If I don't score but a teammate scores and we win, that's fine. But I'm very happy at how things are going."

Lukaku scored 17 times for West Bromwich Albion last season and he is on pace to replicate that impressive return for the Blues if he and Roberto Martinez's men can maintain their current form.

"I'll just keep on going," he continued. "We have a game on Saturday and that's the next target. Then we have another game after the internationals - I always look ahead."

His next challenge will be to fire Everton past title-hopefuls Manchester City this weekend as the Blues face their toughest test of the season thus far.

The manager of his parent club, Chelsea, remains steadfast on his decision to let the 20 year-old leave Stamford Bridge for the season while the strikers that remain are struggling for goals for the Londoners. Asked if he regretted the decision to loan Lukaku out, Jose Mourinho said, "No. It is one thing is to play for Everton, another thing is to play for Chelsea."
