Season › 2014-15 › News Coventry extend Pennington loan Lyndon Lloyd , 30 December, 2comments | Jump to most recent Matthew Pennington has had his loan spell at Coventry City extended until 7th February after impressing the League One club's manager, Steven Pressley. The fullback, who had a spell on loan with Tranmere Rovers last season, was due to return to Everton this week but will now spend another six weeks at least with the Sky Blues. "Matty's reached all our expectations both on and off the pitch," Pressley said of the 20 year-old. "He provides us with versatility in defence. We've been really impressed by Matty's performances since he has joined up with us. "He has been excellent, not only on the pitch, but in the way he conducts himself off it. It is a credit to the grounding he has received from Everton. His attitude has been superb." Disclaimer Ant Summers 1 Posted 30/12/2014 at 18:51:29 Good luck to the lad. IÂd like to see Tyias Browning out on loan, the lad needs games, after all he ainÂt getting a chance with RM. Louis Parr 4 Posted 31/12/2014 at 17:39:48 Good luck to him. He was decent for Tranmere last year. IÂd rather have him and Browning than Alcaraz and Distin.
