Disclaimer John OBrien 1 Posted 06/03/2015 at 16:50:21 Really confusing. We (my son and I) are travelling from Canada. Tried to book with Thomas Cook for Kiev away and was informed we can book but are not guaranteed a ticket. They referred us to Everton, called Everton, they tried to refer us back to Thomas Cook. In essence we can book with Thomas Cook with no guarantee of ticket for the game. Any help would be appreciated. Lyndon Lloyd Editorial Team 2 Posted 06/03/2015 at 18:56:13 John, I've sent you an email with a direct EFC contact who should be able to help you out. Let me know if you didn't receive it. Rob Halligan 3 Posted 08/03/2015 at 15:56:33 The only problem booking with Thomas Cook John is you need to first and foremost qualify for an away ticket to get on their trip. If you don't qualify then your application will be refused. Once your application is made Thomas Cook consult the club to see if you qualify for a ticket. Suppose it may depend on how many book on their trip before they will consider a general sale to supporters?
