Ciaran O'Laughlin scored the only goal of the game from the spot at Cit Football Academy after Jack Bainbridge was adjudged to have fouled Lukas Nmecha. The games was the first one for ex-Blues player John Ebbrell who took charge as the latest coach to be rotated in at the Finch Farm Academy. Everton U18s: O'Loughlin, Yates, Myers [Y], Baningime, Bainbridge, Yarney, Donohue (65' Lees[Y]), Kiersey, Lavery, Broadhead Kinsella. Subs not Used: Jones, Mellen, Harrington, Bramall. Then under-hitting a pass in front of his back 4 to present them with a shot that just missed from range. Ups and downs of life on loan!
