He hasn't done any of that yet. His ability to motivate and inspire is being taken as an indicator of every other key piece of work yet to come. The current Liverpool side won't challenge for the league - he'll need to improve it drastically.Ironically, Martinez has actually succeeded in changing our club. He just can't manage the basics that Klopp is making look so easy right now.
