Disclaimer Si Smith 1 Posted 06/08/2019 at 02:59:53 School of hard knocks, this guy is going to be unreal or the next head case Mario Ballioteli!!!!I have faith, Moise, I'm going for the unreal. Dave Williams 2 Posted 06/08/2019 at 09:38:44 I agree, Si – a real lad from the streets and he sounds like he means business. You can really see the crowd getting behind him if he makes a good start. He could just be what we have been waiting for! Derek Knox 3 Posted 06/08/2019 at 14:59:03 Good insight into what he has had to go through to get to the upper echelons in Italian Football. Many are saying he could turn out to be a 'Mario Balotelli type' I don't think so personally, the lad seems a lot more grounded and a lot less arrogant.Furthermore, I think they have a good structure at Finch Farm and Everton Football Club in general, to keep him not only grounded, while he further develops his undoubted skills, but appreciative of it too.I for one, am glad he is with us, for the foreseeable future. Steve Ferns 4 Posted 06/08/2019 at 15:15:46 I enjoyed his press conference. I'm sure Lyndon will post a synopsis in due course. Key takeaway is he seems to be settling in well, and understanding that this is a team that is gearing up to support him. only disappointing thing was he's set himself a minimum target of SEVEN goals for this season. I've have liked for him to target 15 as that's what I would expect for our main striker. As a comparison Lukaku scored the following:13/14 - 1514/15 - 1015/16 - 1816/17 - 25So, 15 the target for me, and 20 next season. Adam Carey 5 Posted 07/08/2019 at 12:38:50 Steve #4, I agree he should be aiming higher but also take that as Moise setting himself a personal target of scoring more than he did last season. Not a bad thing, and theoretically possible if he managed 1 goal per 2 games in Italy where they focus on defence more than attacking. If we can get the wingers and Siggy feeding chances this boy could fly.
