Everton received £50M of new money from the majority shareholder this month, which comes on the back of an injection of £50M in November. Moshiri's input of £100M in cash comes in combination with the conversion of existing loans into share equity, thought to be around £100M. In total, 100,000 new shares in Everton FC have been created, but only 66,667 have been issued to Moshiri at this time. The £3,000 share price converts to a total injection of £200M.This move increases Farhad Moshiri's ownership stake in the club to 93,698 shares, representing 92.16% of the 101,667 shares issued to date. Chairman Bill Kenwright's shareholding remains at 1,750 but his stake is reduced to 1.72%. About these ads
