Now I wonder who those two are playing in the cup this weekend? Paul Hewitt 2 Posted 19/03/2022 at 13:48:34 Rob, your very suspicious. Allen Rodgers 3 Posted 19/03/2022 at 14:58:13 I guess the s/f draw has already been made and it's City v. RS in the final. Will Mabon 4 Posted 19/03/2022 at 15:34:57 I think that's what's called understandable, justified or healthy suspicion, Paul. Not in place at such grounds for the whole of the competition this year. Only changes two matches of this one round. Wasn't introduced at the start of a new competition as might be expected.Of course it could all be totally above board - a long pre-planned start of "Improvements". But more and more coincidences seem coincidental nowadays - coincidentally. Will make for some interesting discussion if there are any, ahem - controversies. Jeff Armstrong 5 Posted 19/03/2022 at 19:04:06 Boro's R wing back Jones looks decent. Will Mabon 6 Posted 19/03/2022 at 19:13:31 He's not gonna be there for much longer, Jeff. Brian Wilkinson 7 Posted 20/03/2022 at 15:43:20 What are you trying to say, Allen? Surely it cannot get any fairer than Robbie Fowler drawing the balls out for the semi-finals? Neil Tyrrell 8 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:28:33 How long has Spud from Trainspotting been Forest's manager? He's got them playing pretty well. Tony Abrahams 9 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:40:31 First time I've seen the VAR changing the angle to let Liverpool's goal stand there. That was nothing short of an embarrassment imo, and not just because it was Liverpool who got the goal, but because of further confirmation that they are genuinely making it up and getting away with it, even with cameras on every single incident. Kevin Naylor 10 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:45:05 I really wish the Sky 6 would have fucked off to their own Super League, at least we'd have a level playing field then. Paul Hewitt 11 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:45:07 Watching Forest v Liverpool game, and I'm convinced Forest would have beaten us. Lee Courtliff 12 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:51:38 Worrall and Johnson would be good signings for us. Hungry, young players who would actually want to be at Everton. Forest only have themselves to blame today, they've squandered quite a few chances. Tony Abrahams 13 Posted 20/03/2022 at 19:55:27 I thought the same thing whilst watching Middlesbrough playing Chelsea last night, Paul H. Will Mabon 14 Posted 20/03/2022 at 20:00:58 I thought so too. All three losing teams had much more fight than we did, so much more presence, so much more everything. This terrible sheer weakness is the biggest problem above all else. Something seriously wrong. Will Mabon 15 Posted 20/03/2022 at 20:04:13 Lee, with things as they are now, those players would soon lose the buzz here. Will Mabon 16 Posted 20/03/2022 at 20:08:52 Tony @ 9,Yes, I'd like to see more on that. First shot/view looked offside for sure to me. Change of angle (?) should still give the same result if properly corrected for parallax. I wouldn't trust them at this stage. Tony Abrahams 17 Posted 20/03/2022 at 20:17:07 They normally show the line going across, Will, but for some unusual reason, they just showed it with both players, back to play.I thought it was an absolutely scandalous decision, but I think the same thing about the VAR right now (it's scandalous) and the inconsistent way it's currently being used is slowly turning me away from football.
