Season › 2011-12 › News Possible unfair ejections raise concern Lyndon Lloyd , 29 March, 17comments | Jump to most recent A number of Everton supporters ejected from the Stadium of Light on Tuesday night may have been so unfairly according to a supporters group who have enlisted the assistance of the Football Supporters Federation over the matter. The Blue Union say they have been contacted by fans who claim they were thrown out of the stadium by Sunderland stewards after "finding themselves across the other side of the advertising boards, having been pushed over by the surge of supporters behind them after our goals were scored." "It is important to note that fans, ejected from grounds, who are not represented correctly, can find themselves with banning orders and possible criminal records," they continue. "If you are one of these supporters or if you have a grievance for any reason against the Sunderland security staff or Northumbria Police please contact us at: SLO@theblueunion.com" Quotes or other material sourced from The Blue Union Reader Comments (17) Note: the following content is not moderated or vetted by the site owners at the time of submission.
