Ticket prices set for 2012-13

Everton have published the confirmed ticket prices and match categories for the coming season as well as announcing that evening kick-offs for home games will revert to 7.45pm.

The Goodison derby is the only Category A match on the calendar; the two Manchester clubs' visits are Category B; Newcastle, Wigan, Chelsea and West Ham are Category C games; with the rest being Category D.
