Brentford take McAleny on loan

Striker heads south until January

U21 striker, Conor McAleny, is the latest Everton player to link up with Brentford with the news that he will spend the first half of the 2013-14 season on loan with the Bees.

McAleny follows fellow Academy graduates Adam Forshaw and Jake Bidwell who both spent loan spells at Griffin Park to gain first-team experience before signing permanently with the League One club.

The 20-year-old is due in London today to tie up the details of the season-long loan.
