Season › 2021-22 › News New season ticket prices announced for Goodison Park Tuesday, 15 February, 2022 11comments | Jump to most recent Everton have confirmed that 2022/23 Season Tickets renewals will begin on Tuesday 22 February 2022 and that prices will be increasing for next season.  Current Season Ticket Members will have until Friday 29 April to secure their existing seat, with the club once again offering flexible payment options, including a 12-month Direct Debit scheme. Existing Season Ticket Members currently paying for their seat by Direct Debit have the opportunity to opt-in to auto-renew their seat prior to the renewal window opening on Tuesday 22 February 2022. As communicated in October, Season Ticket prices will rise for the first time since 2014/15 — and seven seasons on from a price reduction that, due to ongoing freezes, has remained the Season Ticket pricing structure up to and including the current campaign. Article continues below video content The club estimate that had prices not been regularly frozen and instead risen with inflation over the past decade, an adult Season Ticket at Goodison Park would now be upwards of 25% more expensive and that the average price across all Season Ticket categories (from kids through to seniors) would be 46% more expensive. An adult Season Ticket will start from just £465 - an increase of less than £2.40 per game on current season prices. Adult Season Tickets in the Howard Kendall Lower Gwladys Street and Lower Bullens will cost £535 each, while seasonal memberships in the Howard Kendall Upper Gwladys Street, Top Balcony and Paddock are available for renewal at £580. Adult supporters renewing in the Upper Bullens and Main Stand can purchase for £605, and Blues in the Sir Philip Carter Park Stand can secure their seat for £625 for next season. The club has also maintained its commitment to making football affordable for youngsters, with existing categories for kids, juniors and teens remaining amongst the most competitive in the league. The popular tiered step-up for young adults moving into the adult bracket will also be retained to help support Evertonians aged between 18-24 progress into further education, training or first-time employment. Concession tickets for young adults (18-21) and seniors (over 65) are available for just £330, a rise of £1.63 per game compared to 2021/22. That means an adult aged between 18 to 21, or supporters aged over 65, can watch every Premier League fixture at Goodison next season for less than £17.50 a match. To reward current Season Ticket Members over the age of 90 for their commitment and loyalty, Everton will offer a complimentary Season Ticket for the time the club remains at Goodison Park. Young adults aged 22-24 can renew their Season Ticket for £410, which equates to less than £22 per game. At £125, a Season Ticket for a child aged 10 or under will amount to as little as £6.58 a match. Season Ticket seats for juniors, those aged 11-17, will work out at less than £9.50 for each time they pass through the turnstiles at Goodison Park (£180). Existing Season Ticket Members will be able to take advantage of a 12-month Direct Debit option if they renew by Monday 28 February. Equally spreading the payments over 12 months would see an Adult Season Ticket in the Howard Kendall Lower Gwladys Street costing less than £47.50 per month. Further Direct Debit schemes of 11, 10 and nine months will also be available for renewal or new purchases made prior to Thursday 31 March, Friday 29 April and Friday 20 May respectively. Every Season Ticket will be issued digitally for 2022/23, enabling supporters to access the stadium using their smart mobile phone. If preferred, Season Ticket Members will also be offered the option to purchase a physical Season Card at an additional cost of £5. For the first time, Season Ticket Members in 2022/23 will be able to assign their seat to a fellow Blue using a ‘Friends & Family' functionality option within their digital ticketing account, in addition to the existing option to resell their seat on the official Resale Platform, should they be unable to make the game. Once the renewal window has opened on Tuesday 22 February, Season Ticket Members will be able to renew their seat online, over the phone by calling 0151 556 1878, or by visiting the Goodison Park Box Office in person.  For 2022/23, Season Ticket Members will be able to request a seat transfer from the point of renewal until the renewal deadline on 29 April. Where possible, transfers will then be processed. An 11-day window will open from Tuesday 10 May, in which any unrenewed Season Tickets will be offered to those at the top of the club's Season Ticket Waiting List. Qualifying supporters will be contacted by email, with priority given to Official Members in Tier One of the Waiting List. Disclaimer Barry Hesketh 1 Posted 15/02/2022 at 12:48:02 There are increases but not as much as I thought they would be, for example an Upper Gwladys ticket for 25 - 64 year old will be £580 it was circa £525 for this season. Allen Rodgers 2 Posted 15/02/2022 at 14:18:59 First increase for a few years so we can't really complain. Any price increase will be difficult for parents and kids though. The cut off for STH's to renew is too early though at 29th April. We could still be in danger of relegation with 4 matches to go ! John McFarlane Snr 3 Posted 15/02/2022 at 15:21:20 Hi Allen, you are right in stating that the price increases may pose difficulties for parents of match going youngsters, but regarding the possibility of being in a relegation fight, I don't think many 'Loyal fans', will base their decision on which division Everton operate. As one who has witnessed Second Division football at Goodison, [not a pleasant experience] I intend to continue my presence at matches, God willing. Allen Rodgers 4 Posted 15/02/2022 at 18:02:51 John, my remark was slightly tongue in cheek and of course my support. like yours, is unwavering. Let's hope it isn't put to the test. I was born in 1950 just weeks before the beginning of season 1950-51 but I can't remember much about it! Brian Wilkinson 5 Posted 15/02/2022 at 19:24:02 Does anyone know if the transaction fee for direct payment is a one off transaction, or does that apply to every month a payment is taken they charge you £30.I am assuming it is a one off charge, otherwise over 10 Months, that's an extra £300 in transactions. Allen Rodgers 6 Posted 15/02/2022 at 19:48:31 Brian @5 I took the direct debit option once, pretty sure it's £30 in interest for the whole year. Brian Wilkinson 7 Posted 15/02/2022 at 19:59:25 That's not too bad then, still waiting to drop lucky, been on the waiting list for years, be on the official members as long as well. Brian Williams 8 Posted 15/02/2022 at 20:58:44 It's actually the first increase for 7 years!I've no complaints whatsoever about the increase and think we'll remain well towards the lower end of the table for the cost of a season ticket while we obviously work our way up the table on points gained. Paul Hughes 9 Posted 16/02/2022 at 08:13:43 Brian (5). The £30 is an 'admin fee' which is a one-off charge, and will be rolled up into the monthly payment, ie, an extra £2.50 per month for a 12-month direct debit. Bill Griffiths 10 Posted 16/02/2022 at 08:51:42 As a Senior Citizen, the £31 increase is fairly low and fair, though the increase for some younger supporters is a bit more. Given they've been frozen for 7 years, I guess it could have been worse.Hope you get lucky this time Brian. Brian Wilkinson 11 Posted 17/02/2022 at 10:23:10 Thanks Paul and Bill.
