If we don't get in a decent striker in this transfer window, then I think it's time we say to some of the Under-21 strikers:

"Okay, we are going to back you by starting you. If it doesn't work out, we will replace you with Beto or Barry."

I would fail to see how they could do any worse.

Kieran, how could you forget Chermiti ? Thierry Henry thinks Chermiti is the bees knees. I suppose you excluded him because he's likely off on loan to Rangers. As if they weren't desperate enough.

No doubt we can look forward to a new improved Chermiti next season. God help us. He'll be like a new signing.
