Michael Kenrick 2 Posted 28/09/2025 at 12:51:54 Dave, Omari Benjamin missed the first two games of the new PL2 season back in August but he has been involved in the last 3 games, plus the EFL trophy match this month, getting more minutes each time, and his first start this time against Boro. The pattern follows yer standard injured player rehab and recovery model. Either that or he was following the now discredited Jack Grealish modus operandi of "Party till you drop" during the month of August, and is only just getting back on his feet. Actually, he was fully involved in the U21s last season, with a good record of 9 goals and over 20 appearances... if only we could get that from Jack the Lad. But I digress... Dave Abrahams 3 Posted 28/09/2025 at 15:05:08 Thanks for that, Michael, Benjamin could get us a decent price if he doesn't make it at Everton. He needs proper game time so a loan move in January unless Moysie finds out he's here and gives him a chance. Mind you, VAR might start doing what it is supposed to be doing and give every team a fair go.
